The beginning of the company was before 35 years ago, exactly in 1986. The idea of a business cooked in my mind and shortly then after Nachiket Industry was incorporated to manufacture Ferrous Sulphate. As a technical person, many ideas to manufacture many products came up in my young mind and then started producing household cleaning materials in a tiny house storing the same in an almirah.

With the grace of God and family support, people came on my path and business grew up in small increments. In this journey my wife, Vandana contributed a major role in the progress of the company. Slowly and steadily Maxwell Additives Pvt. Ltd. (merging Manhar Specialties, Maxwell Corporation and Incorporation) grew into an MSME company to manufacture Water Treatment Chemicals, Oil-Gas & Refinery Products, Sugar Processing Chemicals, IIH Cleaners (Hygiene- Disinfection and Sanitization products) and basic raw materials for Water Treatment Chemicals, Textile Auxiliaries and Detergent Industry in three state of the art manufacturing facilities in and around Vadodara, Gujarat, India. All our products are quality assured by various ISO certifications and our brands OLKLIN®, DEBAC®, POLYMAN®, PHOSPHOMAN®, KLINMAN®, SUJAL® are registered trademarks.

Now, the second generation, my two sons, Mr. Nachiket Shah and Mr. Saumyak Shah, both are technocrat (Post Graduate in Chemistry) is actively working with me since about 10 years. Our cumulative experience in new product development and manufacturing is about 50 years.

In the selection of business, we always thought about our people, environment and country. Our efforts are aligned in protecting them with highest priority. In the selection of products, we strive to work on the well-being of people and maximum utilization and thereby protecting natural resources like water, land and atmosphere.
